Coming back up to speed...
Mail sent to my Houston aerospace client no longer bounces, which is a Good Thing™, as there was quite a backlog accumulating here.
Over the past few days, I finally got around to listening to some garage-sale CDs I picked up two weekends ago. One was an unopened Dave Brubeck CD (Time Out), which I like, though in the fine tradition of earlier CDs, it contains less than 40 minutes of music. Another was a "greatest hits" album from a group called the Stray Cats, which I missed, so to speak, when they first came out, but which have an unmistakable rockabilly energy. (However, if it's energy I want, I need only play Djobi Djoba from the Best of the Gipsy Kings.)
Not bad for $3.
