There's what amounts to an ultimate guide to Facebook over on Gizmodo, which pauses early on to state that "Facebook's privacy policy actually has over 1,300 more pages than the U.S. Constitution."
I don't really know what that might mean, as I'm not exactly sure what might be meant be "pages" in the context of the Constitution, but the last time I looked, it was a remarkably compact document (particularly considering its purpose). So even if we assume the Constitution comprises zero pages, the assertion that Facebook's privacy policy weighs in at almost three reams of paper is pretty astounding.
So is the assertion that 1 in 13 people on the face of the planet have a Facebook account.
