I don't know if it's a new feature, but my avast! software offered to show me a security report based on my past 30 days of activity.
In the "file & document" department, I've done well: zero infections over about 145,000 scanned.
In the "web & network" department, the software says it blocked 3 objects out of more than 500,000 scanned.
Data points, I guess.
