Catch-up...
Based on a back-of-an-index-card calculation, I should have translated an additional 1,000 words last night, but instead watched Casino Royale with Galina. For me, the experience was an encounter in cognitive dissonance, despite the fact that I had had sufficient opportunity to experience same over the course of many Bonds since watching my first Bond film (which just happened to be Dr. No, in a first-run theater way back in the day).
Unfortunately, the 2,000-word job I had lined up turned out to be a 4,000-word job, which put me further behind the eight-ball, so it would appear that any time I take off tomorrow will be pretty short. As of a few moments ago, I still have 6,800 source words left to deliver by Monday afternoon.
However, Natalie is visiting, and I should probably go help out with the cooking, or something.
