An honest-to-Cthulhu sick day...
The news for me on the medical front yesterday was more negative than positive, though in the end, there were some encouraging, positive aspects. I received my various injections and meds, and went home just in time to catch the height of the homeward-bound rush hour.
Sleep came with difficulty, but when it did, I found it easy to go back to sleep after taking care of whatever it was that had awakened me. I estimate I've spent about 18 hours in the arms of Morpheus today.
I cannot put my finger on exactly why this may be so, but the quality of my sleep in recent days has been so poor, I'm happy to take it where I can get it.
I will endeavor to make December posts more upbeat.
