Procedures...

My first experience with an MRI machine was over a dozen years ago, and the only thing I firmly remember about the experience was that I fell asleep inside the thing. When I went in for another MRI today, I was assured that that would not happen, as the techs would be giving me instructions all throughout the session.

Nevertheless, despite the fact that I had "something to do" during the procedure, I managed to drift off at one point anyway.

The activity managed to eat up most of the day, so I wasn't able to get send any work back to my client, but I have somehow managed to complete almost 4,000 target words since returning home.

It'll be back to the grind tomorrow, as I have 6 more documents to complete in the assignment I'm working on. With any luck, I'll be able to send the job back tomorrow afternoon.

Right now, however, I feel a strong attraction from my pillow.

Why does falling asleep inside concerns you?

I've only had one MRI to look at my knees and shoulder. I was also worried about falling asleep, but it's because they wanted me to stay still and when I drift off like that, I wake up with a big spastic jerk ;p
