Thoroughness...

I just got off the phone with a client for whom I'm translating transcripts. My work was reviewed in excruciating detail, and I am happy to report that my work passed muster at a high level, even though in a couple of instances, the client's suggested alternatives -- restatements of what I had written -- were incorporated.

I had intended to invoice my Houston work today, but never quite got to it. On the other hand, I did conduct some training at the store on the new cash register, and was buoyed by the fact that essentially, no major revolutionary changes had been introduced -- just some refinements -- although the proof of that pudding will come in a review of the day's "Z" summary tape.
