Was wondering what do you have to do to Word to make it burp. :)

I thought the AutoSave feature is very handy, because I'm just too lazy to press Ctrl+S all the time after an edit! :) Pretty much sure you know about it too - so thought why do you even have to press Ctrl+S manually? :)
