The pooch - Mashka - is settling in beautifully. Loving the long walks and my runs in the morning and mostly keeping herself well around the house (just one little 'accident' so far, and it was my fault for not taking her out sooner). It's a bit tough for her, because she went from a house where she established herself as an alpha, to being on the bottom of this little pack. I'm teaching her how to walk and behave properly, but she's responding really well. A lovely doggie all around. :)
(the only small thing is that she still thinks that she is a small puppy and can fit on my lap while I'm working. heh.)
