A wacky couple of days...

...but wacky in a good way.

I mean, it's not often one starts to work for two new clients on two consecutive days!

There will be a price for this, however, and it will consist in my getting up tomorrow at the crack of dawn to finish off the last 500 or so words (plus some figure callouts) of the item due tomorrow morning. (This assumes I do not feel compelled to go back downstairs after dinner—which is presently cooking—to press on, which currently I do not, as I've pretty much been in front of a computer screen since 11 hours ago.)

In fact, why am I still tapping? Dinner calls!

That miserable on-again, off-again rain that's been falling throughout the day, sometimes to the accompaniment of thunder and (close-by) lightning?

It's on again.

Except now, it's snow, and there's a pretty good layer of it on the ground.

I get the hint.

I'm off to relax. It's been an entirely too long day.
