Another day, another slog...
I managed to complete another rather sizeable chunk of work by about 2:30 pm, after which I shut down my work computer. Huntür called me on Skype, and while Galina napped, I headed on over to the kids' place and spent some time with the grandkids.
Most of the time was spent with Huntür, because Mathew was playing some souped-up game on the Wii featuring Mario. He was quite enthusiastic in his play, giving his muscles and his vocal cords a good workout. I introduced some new iPad apps to Huntür.
The snow threatened for last night finally started falling after I'd been visiting for a while, so I headed back before the roads got slippery. Galina was up and about, but now it was my turn to nap.
Dinner was modest—which is something of a victory, because there is a great temptation to put food in one's mouth when there isn't much else to do—and there are even leftovers for tomorrow morning.
