Lots of time to read...

I'm a bit tuckered to go around and make a list of the various books—dead-tree and electronic—that I've been reading recently.

But I can tell you that last night, when I opened up my copy of Giordano Bruno's De Umbris Idearum (On The Shadows of Ideas) the last thing I remember before quickly drifting off to sleep is that I must go take another run at Frances Yates' books on Bruno and the art of memory that are, I think, on the downstairs bookshelf.

Cheers...

The up side of recovery is all the reading and movie watching! I had surgery in2004 for an injury. I loved being Queen of the TV. At least there was that. AW

:)

I'm also noticing I'm spending more time in front of a screen.

Cheers...

When recovering from my surgery I needed to exercise my brain. I used that as an excuse to do 4 crossword puzzles and 2 additional other word puzzles every day. And then the sudoku. Over a year later, I'm still kinda addicted.
