A mile a minute, standing still...
Jun. 6th, 2008 08:26 pmNo, not driving. Just getting ready for the wedding tomorrow.
The rehearsal went off pretty well; tomorrow it'll be the real thing.
Getting grandson Mathew to look at me is no easy task. It made my thoughts turn momentarily to my grandfather, who died in my second year of life. Did I avoid his gaze when he was trying to get a good look at me?
More when there is some time.
Cheers...

Date: 2008-06-07 02:43 am (UTC)My father's father died with I was about 1 1/2. I was told I missed him, and when we went there for the funeral, I went up to my uncle, threw my arms around his legs and asked, "Grampa?"
