Sunday glide path...

I'm going to have to figure out a way to take weekend days during the week and as they come, because this past weekend seemed to be Yet Another Weekend Spent Doing Work™.

I finished the long piece and sent it off, and am all but finished doing a 19-slide PowerPoint file, which is due tomorrow morning.

I am actually looking forward to settling down in a few minutes and watching Tom Selleck in the latest Jesse Stone installment on CBS. In my opinion, Selleck does a fine job of bringing Robert B. Parker's character to life.

Speaking of character, I've completely gone nuts and managed to write a first draft of the next competition essay. The arc seems okay, but right now, it's just a first draft - or that's what I tell myself - so there isn't much substance hiding in the corners.

Time to shut down for the night.

Cheers...

I have just discovered Robert Parker. I figured out a while back that the best way to find authors was to look for those who had many books on the library shelves. A/ They must be good, since publishers keep putting them out there, and b/ that should mean that there will plenty for me to read before I must search out a new author. Then I find Robert Parker. Wow, what a prolific guy! (Seriously, I found this guy about 3 weeks ago. I'm not normally a tv watcher, so now I have that to look forward to as well.)
