Digging up dates...

The background check I'm due to undergo asks for a lot of information going back 7 years, among which is each and every country I've visited, including dates, and every place I've resided for more than 90 days, including the names of persons who will vouch for me.
So, whereas the obligatory notice on the form estimates an "average" burden of 60 minutes to research and fill out the form, it took me about four hours just to research countries and residences. I'll need to take pen to paper and fill the thing out before hitting the sack, because showing up tomorrow with an incomplete form earns you an immediate trip out the door, according to the cover documentation.
Fortunately, my habit of posting very nearly every day to my LJ over the past 9+ years helped me do a fairly thorough job of research. Hopefully, it won't take too long to fill out the actual form.
* * * More work arrived today, putting me in "cup-runneth-over" mode, with files that I must OCR. The tentative plan right now is to confine my television viewing tonight to the new episode of the "classical" NCIS and skip the "Los Angeles" spinoff, which after two episodes I've found to be decidedly inferior, as it seems to lack chemistry. (Galina is not so gracious, she just thinks the acting is inferior.)
I'm off to fire up FineReader!
Cheers...
