A PowerPoint file arrived for editing that apparently had been worked on by someone for some period of time, but not with any sort of care or thoroughness. There were slides with untranslated bullet points, tables with untranslated cells, and whole untranslated slides scattered here and there among 50+ slides. The result was not pretty to look at and it took me pretty much all day to complete my first pass through the file.

I did take a short break to help Galina take 6 boxes of books to the library. While there, we made use of the library's computer system to print some items, including (for me) a list of 681 French verbs, color coded by (a) most commonly used verbs, (b) modal verbs, and (c) verbs conjugated with être.

As probably can be deduced from this series of posts, AT&T works a lot better from the New York house than Verizon.
