Huge quantities of guffawing and knee-slapping as we received news this morning that the folks that most recently considered the idea of renting the house here in Pagosa

(a) were all for the idea, then

(b) decided not to rent the place, opting instead to look for something with a little bit more room, and

(c) re-reconsidered, and want to go ahead with renting the place.

It will feel so good when the oscillations stop.
