...and a wakeup!
Mar. 12th, 2004 09:05 pmSomehow, the flow of the document I was editing turned positive, so I was able to finish the last part of the thing by about 3:30 pm. I left the office a little early, with the idea of getting done all the things I planned on doing tomorrow morning. I decided to put off the oil system flush until I get to Pagosa, where I will change the oil after 1200 miles instead of 3000, although I'll likely check the oil every time I fuel up on the way home.
I have two documents due Monday, but for some reason (duh!) I cannot bring myself to work on them tonight (continuing a trend of the past few nights). I also have a pile of 12 hazard reports for next Thursday, which are not full translations, but reworks.
I have two cases of green tea in the car and have packed about 90% of the stuff I plan to take home, short of actually putting it in the car, which oughta take about two minutes. I've repaired the brake light (with the help of a small wad of aluminum), made a spare key, and stuffed an air freshener inside the passenger compartment (I know, I'm probably sharing way too much information here.)
I just have to make sure I don't forget the cell phone, which is quietly charging in the corner.
Cheers...
