...and a wakeup.
Sep. 11th, 2005 11:07 pmWhich is tomorrow morning. Everyone except for the folks going out on the Antonov will be leaving at around 9 am. The Antonov travelers - myself among them - will depart closer to 2 pm, because the customs paperwork likely didn't get properly filed on Friday, if the rumors are true. I remember interpreting a few conversations along those lines.
I just got back from supporting the loading of the Antonov, and would have been back sooner but for a scheduling snafu that left our Pinkerton guards (they have to watch the plane) without transportation. Kick in that radio communications from the airport is iffy at best, and the result is waiting for nearly 90 minutes for a van to arrive so our group could come back to the hotel.
In a way, it's good that our group is leaving later, as it will give me some extra time to pack.
Cheers...
