TM abuse...

The client's translation memory (TM) database considered the following original-target translation pair to be 85% "similar":

Original: Источники воздействия на поверхностные водные объекты

Target: The assessment considered the proposed production facilities and their operations, their phased development and the construction schedule.

Here is my "edit" (just a minor change, dontchaknow, to bridge the remaining 15%):

Original: Sources of impact on surface bodies of water

I don't like the English much, but I won't spend any more time on it, except to note that this is what I meant by "vig" in a previous post.
