Putting myself first, for once...

Just said "no" to a rush job for tomorrow, one that would have put me back into the pressure cooker. I've got three files due Monday, which is enough.

I've taken most of the day pretty easy, falling short of all the grandiose goals I'd had to clean the place up (which is not to say I've not done any cleaning... just not enough to turn the place spic-and-span). Right now, I'm now invoicing the past few days of work.

Since I cannot remember the last time I refused work on the grounds of "I need rest," I thought I'd make a big deal of it.

Consider it made.
