Nobody gets ready like this...

We invited the kids to come over this morning for breakfast. This gave us a chance to chat before Galina and I leave for our vacation (hopefully, within a few hours), take possession of our Girl Scout cookies (Thin Mints, yum!), and make arrangements for Drew to come by and take care of Shiloh while we're gone.

The translation is done, despeckled, invoiced, and gone! The plate is empty.

I've been directing LJ comment notifications to my BlackBerry and wondered how come I couldn't see comments made to my most recent LJ Idol entry, until I realized that the most recent comments had spilled over onto a second page, which is something that has not happened to any of my posts ever.

Time to shut down the computer and get packed!
