Still slowing down...

I put the Next Big Job™ to bed around 3 pm. The plate has been refilled with the Progeny of the Next Big Job™, which weighed in at a tad under 30,000 words.

That ought to keep me off the streets for a few days.

So as not to break up the day tomorrow, Galina and I went to Durango today, so she could pick up her new eyeglasses and we'd get some shopping done.

There were numerous elk on the "sunny" side of the road coming back, but fortunately they were too busy trying to eat to wander onto the road and investigate our moving vehicle from the front.
