Catching my breath...

The plate is empty but for the item I owe Feht, and I'm about to send out a bunch of invoices. I had thought that I would be far behind my pace for the month, but was pleasantly surprised to find I'm not very much behind where I "should" be.

In other news, I was informed that a Russian literary magazine is interested in publishing my translation of the lyrics to Vashe Blagorodiye, which I wrote back in 2002. Sometime this weekend, I will need to take a quick look at what the publisher has to make sure it jives with my latest-greatest version.

Also this weekend, there is the birthday of grandson Mathew to celebrate. The tyke will be 4 years old, and I'm looking forward to seeing him.

I better get to those invoices!
