Oct. 14th, 2010 10:15 amI have been informed that, for reasons not made known to me, I will not be supporting the upcoming November-December campaign in Baikonur. It's a disappointment, of course, as it's not easy to kiss a payday like that goodbye, but one must look on the bright side.
Speaking of which, the young man who often provided food service in our dining hall at breakfast during the campaign earlier this year liked to help us develop a positive frame of mind from the very get-go in the morning, even when it came to preparing our eggs:

Galina is not exactly despondent at the news, and I'm confident I'll be able to find other jobs.
