There is a big difference between things "deemed not necessary" and "not deemed necessary" (the Russian original states "которые не считаются необходимыми").

* * *
I am currently working on one of those "revise the English to match the Russian revision" jobs where:

(a) there are errors in the Russian translation from the English;
(b) the revisions are squirrely, e.g., some of the insertions were made in revision mode after text was deleted while not in revision mode, while other revisions already exist in the original text (which suggests these may be corrections to translation errors that happen to match what was said in the original);
(c) some of what appear to be revisions are not revisions at all, but clever use of text highlighting, etc.

I am about 2/3 of the way through the document. Despeckling this one is gonna be a trick!

Cheers...
