Giving the eyeballs a rest...
Feb. 24th, 2012 09:48 pmWork arrived this morning, but since it's not actually due until Monday, I figured I'd spend some time focusing my eyes on something more than a screen's distance away.
It turns out to be fairly hard, given my daily routine.
Among other things, I took the "long way" to buy groceries today, stopping at the H-Mart (the closest Asian market to us, that I know of, located in Williston Park) because I wanted to get some udon and natto in addition to the more conventional items on my shopping list.
I returned to the house in plenty of time to throw together lasagne in the slow-cooker, which was ready for eating by dinnertime.
I don't know why, but the LISP programming language keeps popping up on the radar. Maybe someone (or something) is trying to tell me something.
Cheers...
