Too many things...
May. 15th, 2012 04:17 pmFeht came by yesterday afternoon, with William, who is working as a programmer in San Antonio and currently in Pagosa visiting his folks. After a little chit-chat, we drove over to the Pagosa Brewery and in between lots and lots of overdue conversation, we tried out some of the house ales and some snacks. Feht threatens a trip to Durango for sushi before William leaves to go back to Texas this Saturday.
One of the two remaining rework jobs was canceled this morning because the wrong document was sent. The remaining job had its own difficulties, however, so I cannot say I'm complaining too much, as there are not many assignments worse than trying to make revisions fit into the "other" language, only to have the document's "other" language content fight you every step of the way.
I'm off to rummage through some boxes in the garage, to see if I can find a hand blender that we brought from New York. I have a rather acute need for it in the kitchen. Wish me luck.
Cheers...
