However, SCOTUS overturned a lower court decision supporting Aereo's position with respect to its business model. As I understand it, the dissenting minority (Scalia, Thomas, and Alito) didn't necessarily argue that Aereo was right, but that the majority's reasoning sucked (e.g., "it is not the role of this court to identify and plug loopholes").
Shields are back up to about 80% of nominal status. I got quite a bit done today.
Tomorrow will be even better.
