The Wall...
Jun. 28th, 2014 08:52 pmMy initial "try" at arranging the monitors at my disposal just didn't feel right, so I spent some time rearranging them today (after taking care of one of the two outstanding assignments). The end result is shown in the photo below.

Neither Galina nor I spent a lot of time outside of the house today. Mine was the longest absence, taken to go pick up a to-go order at the Outback over on Bay Area.
For me, the order represented a deliberate consumption of the first sizable portion of meat since the beginning of May, and to be frank, I did not enjoy it as much as I expected I would. That may either be due to my just having lost a taste for beef, to the possibility of my steak simply being a mediocre exemplar of the genre, or to the fact that entirely too much time had passed between my steak being "fresh off the grill" and being "on my plate at home." Whatever the reason, there'll be no figuring it out without a "return match," so to speak.
It's been raining pretty steadily every day for the past few days, with interruptions just long enough for me to (for example) cut half the lawn. All this water is getting old.
Cheers...
