First venture forth...

Today marked the first time since coming home that I emerged from the house. It was, as one might expect, for the purpose of trekking to the surgeon's office for a follow-up visit.

The visit itself was pretty short. I appear to be recovering well. Some sutures were removed and some advice was dispensed in my direction.

Most of the rest of the afternoon was spent napping.

Last night's sleep was the best yet, and I hope the trend continues.
