Still not in the mood to work...

But that'll change this weekend.

The big event of the day was my from-scratch, patented eggplant parmesan, made with home-grown parmesan and home-made tomato sauce (with home-grown basil). I was a Nervous Nellie until time came to actually taste it, and it was quite nice.

Time for some rack drill.
