Lost a day, found a day...
Jul. 28th, 2016 10:36 pmI had forgotten just how long it can take to despeckle 12,000-word documents, so it's probably a good thing I got up at 4:40 am to continue the plan that came about in response to external deadline nudges. So, I got done pretty much what needed to get done, and even made time to take a load of stuff to the Webster place early enough so that I could depart for taiji from there.
It took me just about 12 minutes to get there.
This compared to at least 30 minutes on a good day from Seabrook—I think the best time I ever made was something line 23 minutes.
So I get home and decide to "check in" here, as I recall having written something about my crazy schedule, only to realize I had written that yesterday!
So, yeah, today was pretty much a "heads down" kind of day, sort of making me feel like tomorrow—with its dentist appointment—is a weekend day.
Let that rattle about a bit—going to the dentist feels like a weekend day.
Ah, well... go figure!
