Don't ask me why...

I cannot explain it, but for some reason, tonight feels like the right night to watch The Right Stuff with the music volume turned up loud.

Meanwhile, I've got 1400 words left in the day, so I'll just scratch the itch by listening to the movie's theme (whose principal phrases were "adapted" from Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto in D, Opus 35).

... I am leaving just over 200 words untranslated, so that I may hit the ground running tomorrow morning.

(In truth, if I have to type "combustion chamber section" just one more time today—after this post, natch—I may just go over the hill.)
