A busy couple of days...

I drove over to the other house yesterday morning to get some items that I need in my office, and though it took a lot out of me, I got the job done. Galina and I did the same thing today, combining the trip with some grocery shopping. I measured my BP at the "height" of activity, and it was, to my surprise, not elevated, and my heart rate did not exceed 100.
