Lots of sleep...
Dec. 8th, 2017 09:07 pmBesides sleeping, I managed to find the doors to the two white IKEA bookshelves that Galina has been staging various stuff on, "stuff" in this context being items we no longer use (assuming we ever used them) but too good to throw away or donate (unless we are up against it).
Initially, I thought the doors were in the garage, but they weren't there. Then I thought the doors would be in the storage unit, but they weren't there, either. That left the rent house, which is exactly where they were.
I was missing a critical piece (12 ea.) of hardware to install the doors, but managed to patch something together using matchsticks and machine screws.
In other news, my translation client is not at all sure we'll see any more work this year. (Of course, the severity of that statement is eased considerably by the fact we're almost a quarter of the way through December.) Plus, there is Yogi's Observation on When Stuff is Over™ to consider.
I've got to get some high-quality sleep tonight. Big day tomorrow.
