The best laid plans...

I really didn't get much accomplished today, and that's just fine.
Soon after posting the Burns poem, I cooked dinner for Galina and myself. She is very happy with the new dish TV system. We shared a little Blue Nun, and now, we're counting down the time to the New Year.
I took a second look at that list of goals from yesterday and concluded that I'm a hard marker, but that's okay too. (My, I am becoming so agreeable, it's scary.) I know what needs to be done... I guess deep down inside, all of us do... the key is to break what needs to be done into thin enough pieces so that the actual doing, though it involves doing things not done before, is not such a wild change from the status quo that any normal person would give up after a few days or so.
But I'm babbling, I suppose...
In any event, it's time to sign off for the night (and the year). Best wishes to all.
Cheers...
