...and more and more often.

Not sick with anything obvious, it's just that doing anything for more than just a little while makes me want to take to bed and rest. The BP seems to settle down pretty well once I rest for a bit, and the resting heart rate hardly ever comes out of the 60s, which is not what I'd expect if what I had in 2003 is back.

Yeah, I know what many are thinking: why don't you go to the doctor, dummy? I will.

I will call the doctor on Monday and arrange an appointment.

In the meantime, I'm going to take it easy. My outstanding assignments have a little slack time in them.

Cheers...

Ick. That is not fun. I'm glad you're calling the doctor on Monday, and slowing down until then.

Snowed under?

Please don't neglect your health, dear friend ~ far too many good 'uns are falling off their perches with remarkable rapidity and finality! And while you are doctoring, try to make sure you get arteries scanned for blockages/narrowing ~ lack of blood flow and proper oxygenation can make one feel lousy, worsen asthma attacks, cause damage to the heart, etcetera. Dang near did me in a couple of years ago, until a bit of cleaning and stent placement made things much better. (We'd been laying all the problems at the COPD door, you see.)

Take care?

Hugs
