Snow sighting...

This was the scene this morning out back as I let the cat out this morning. Yes, that's snow out there. It is fairly obvious to me that the word is not getting passed to the proper people about the end of winter. Heck, we've even exhausted the "six more weeks of winter" time frame from the beginning of February and it's been over a month since the sun crossed the equinox heading northward.

The translation due today is gone, as is another shortie assigned this morning. At first, I thought the rush job was going to take a long time, owing to the large number of captions in the figures, but I managed to stumble across a fairly efficient way of using Acrobat, Photoshop Elements 2.0, and OneNote to process the figures in jig time.

There are still a few items on the todo for today, including a visit to Huntür's school tonight to watch some kind of play.

In the meantime, I'd like to file the unemployment for the store, deposit some checks, and respond to a couple of prospective clients. I've already got a handful of responses to my solicitation for questions, and I plan to space the answers out (one a day sounds reasonable, but we'll see).
