alexpgpI managed to get to the arbitrary stopping point in the translation due Tuesday, but a closer look at what's left - a gawdawful mix of Russian and English - tells me I've got about 2500 source words left in the job. That ought to be eminently doable tomorrow, though I do have some twinges about whether there'll be enough time to go back and check the whole job not only for translation quality, but to make sure I caught all of the Russian bits.
Feht's son just called to inform us that the old man was sleeping, and that a good time to come by would be around 6 pm, so it turns out there's some time to kill before getting ready and getting on the road. (I plan to pick something up at the City Market for dessert before we turn westward, as well.)
Hey! Today's supposed to feel like a holiday, or something. So I think I'm going to go do something other than translate for a while.
