We've been trying since April to sell a rent house to our tenant, and it's been one thing after another. First, it was the tenant's credit score. By the time that got cleared up, we'd gone through two lenders. The third lender got to within a couple of days of closing, then went out of business.

Now, the current deal has been put off until after hurricane Dean passes by (apparently, no insurance company is going to underwrite homeowner's insurance with a hurricane approaching).

It it ain't one thing, it's another.
