Translation of the words in the OCR Nightmare is complete. I suspect formatting and checking will take up the greater part of tomorrow (not to mention I've run across about 6 pages that will have to be done "by hand" completely).
I got somewhat complacent in accepting this job, and in not hitting it hard when I got it, but there'll be time enough for recrimination later.
