Well done...
Mar. 19th, 2008 09:37 pmThe subject describes today's translation job and my brain afterward. I turns out the job averaged about 200 target words per page of the original document, and since the source document was an incoming fax, I really don't have a way (nor do I need to have a way) to determine the source count.
Afterward, Galina and I went to Home Depot, where she checked out some kitchen cabinetry, and then we came home and I made rice in the cooker, which I topped with some curried garbanzo beans.
If today were any more conventional, I'd have put a fist through the wall.
However, tomorrow is another day; one in which I need to put a dent in the 40K job, if only for the sake of style.
Cheers...
