I guess it serves me right for trying to be civil and diplomatic.

In other news, somehow, unbelievably, I've wasted much of the morning dealing with extension forms for something called "fiduciary income tax." (Blyeah!) Now I must waste extra time to go to the post office to make sure they are properly postmarked. The only upside to the trip will be posting Galina's passport renewal at the same time.

Well, until you mentioned you sent one, it never occurred to me to check my spam folder, and voila!, your note was neatly listed there, between an email titled "The Secret to a Huge Package" and a Paypal phishing attempt.

Which is strange, considering that your email has no links.

I'm going to be pretty busy for the next two days, but I won't forget you.
