A whole lotta drivin' goin' 'round...

Galina arrived from Texas yesterday, late in the afternoon. The weather forecast made it clear that we had to empty the truck today and return it today before the start of the snow tonight.

We accomplished that goal, but it's been a pretty long day, since "returning the truck" involved driving down to Santa Fe and back.

It'll be interesting to see just how much snow falls tonight.

Ugh, I remember how it didn't seem so unusual to drive from Denver to Cheyenne for lunch, or to Santa Fe from Pagosa.

If we did that much mileage now, we'd end up in Nice!
