Stay tucked up, eat lots of yogurt if you can a) get it, or have it brought to you and b) keep it down long enough to aid the digestive tract to normalize. Could you possibly have salmonella?
I'm gathering, from the comment above mine, that you're ill, and I hope that goes away very soon. I hope that you don't have salmonella; it's horrid; but if you even suspect it, do get to the ER. Concerned, Allie.
