Feeling pretty good...

alexpgpI must admit it's a lot easier to stay away from the computer now that it's an extra foot or so off the ground, and slowly, my legs are getting strong enough to allow me to stand for longer periods of time.
I spent the day working on my long-term project for Feht, with some copious napping thrown in for good measure. If I really focus my mind on it, all I've had to eat all day long is two bowls of the cockaleekie soup, a small piece of salmon, some peas, an orange, and a cup of coffee (with the usual cream and stevia).
I am not going to make up for the lean day by gorging during the evening because that's the kind of behavior that will prevent me from breaking into territory, weightwise, that I have not seen for something approaching a year.
Last night's Castle was a repeat, but the story was well-written, and I always enjoy watching the chemistry play out among all of the actors in the series. Last week's NCIS was pre-empted by politics, so hopefully this week's offering won't be a repeat.
Google has moved its StreetView inside, into a number of museums, and I am still gaining my sea legs at the Google Art Project. I've only spent about a half hour "walking around" the MoMA in New York, but I'm thinking I'm going to like this distraction.
