Another day...

alexpgpI managed to get through the text within TRADOS delimiters (a.k.a. "pretranslated text") by 3 pm yesterday, during which escapade I found another 800 words of duplicated text inside of a rather daunting section of references, which are—generally speaking—of rather odd structure to begin with, so I didn't really pay attention to it the other day while looking for such duplications.
In any event, I took a "break" in the middle of my work and decided to translate the reference section, which also gave me an opportunity to review the delimited text.
So here I sit, with around 11,000 words of "new" material left, interspersed with about 8,000 words in "pretranslated" segments.
Theoretically, I ought to be finished with the first draft of the translation on Wednesday.
But that won't happen if I don't get to it.
