A fairly quiet day...

Today went by quietly—perhaps a little too quietly, or maybe I just failed to experience any feeling of progress.

Tai chi went well, I think. I'm feeling more confident, at least. Twice, now, I've caught myself reacting "without thinking" during the push-hands segment of the session, and although I doubtless have quite a way to go from the point of view of structure, form, and timing, these first glimmers of internalization are somewhat gratifying.

Tai Chi is awesome. I used to work w a lady who taught it on the side. Sometimes she would give our staff a free class.
