The highlight of the day was the Astros–Tigers game.
I almost blew the whole thing off, as Natalie was glacially slow getting up. To make a long story short, I got there a few minutes after the start of the game, completely soaked (it was raining only at the Astrodome). I solved that problem by buying a $3 tee shirt featuring a player no longer on the Astros roster.
The game well illustrated the Berra maxim of "it ain't over 'til it's over." The Astros had to beat off a Tiger threat in the top of the 10th, and the Tigers went from "bases loaded, no outs," to "bases loaded, two outs and either 3-1 or 3-2 on the batter" before walking the winning run.
Drove home with Marty. They have a nice house.

REMARK, 2017-11-28: Found this in an old Franklin planner. I vaguely remember attending a game while I worked at TTI, but no details. I have no recollection at all of Marty's house.
